Robert G. Frederick has been practicing law in the State of Illinois since 1972. He is admitted to practice in all the State Courts of the State of Illinois, the Federal District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Appellate Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Robert is the founder of the law firm and is the senior and managing partner of Frederick & Hagle.

Mr. Frederick has been an Assistant State 's Attorney in Champaign County, Illinois, and the Chief Public Defender of Champaign County. He has taught business law at Parkland College and been a Special Assistant Attorney General. Mr. Frederick was a Commissioner on the Illinois Court of Claims for 10 years and a Judge of the Illinois Court of Claims for 12 years.
